As Head Product Consultant for our Rewarded Platform, you will own the product vision, strategy, and execution — working closely with engineering, data science, marketing, sales, and go-to-market teams across the globe. You will be responsible for defining the roadmap, driving product innovation, ensuring user-centric product design, and delivering growth and monetization outcomes. You will play a key leadership and stakeholder-facing role, whether as a consultant or full-time leader.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and articulate the long-term product vision & strategy for the Rewarded Platform aligned with business goals and market trends.

  • Build and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features, enhancements, and new initiatives based on market research, data, business needs, and competitive landscape.

  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management — from ideation, requirement gathering, design, development, launch, to post-launch monitoring and optimization.

  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams (engineering, data, marketing, sales, design) to ensure successful delivery and go-to-market execution of features and product releases.

  • Define, track and analyze key performance metrics and user data (e.g. acquisition volume, engagement quality, retention, monetization) to inform decisions and product improvements.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working specifically with a rewarded ecosystem / rewarded user-acquisition / incentive-based ad/reward platforms.

  • Strong background in AdTech or MarTech product management — ideally in mobile, gaming app, user acquisition, monetization, or similar verticals.

  • Demonstrated experience owning a full product lifecycle in a tech-driven environment — from concept to launch and beyond.

  • Strong analytical mindset: ability to interpret data, define KPIs, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent strategic thinking and vision-setting capability, with a customer-centric approach.

  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder-management skills — able to liaise with engineering, sales, marketing, clients, and leadership.

  • Comfortable working in a global, distributed, fast-paced environment, with cross-functional and cross-geography collaboration.

  • Leadership mindset — whether working as consultant or full-time employee — capable of influencing, aligning teams, and driving execution.

  • Strong familiarity with market and competitive dynamics in AdTech/MarTech; ability to translate market & user insights into actionable product strategies.

  • Bonus/Preferred: Experience with AI-driven adtech or attribution platforms; experience scaling rewarded platforms for gaming or mobile apps; prior exposure to global markets.

Benefits
  • Opportunity to shape and lead a high-impact, global-grade AdTech/MarTech product at a rapidly growing company.

  • A chance to work at the intersection of growth, technology, data, and user acquisition — influencing strategy and product direction.

  • Collaboration with experienced teams across engineering, data, marketing, sales, and global clients.
