The Head of Product Marketing will optimize the entire web and in-app funnel, conduct A/B tests, write copy, and analyze user data for improving conversions in a high-growth mobile app environment.
The summary above was generated by AI

About Us: We are a highly profitable, fast-scaling cybersecurity company doing 7-figure monthly revenues. Our current 100% focus is on our US mobile app, Control Plus, which protects consumers from scam calls, texts, and automates data broker removal. Operating on a strict direct-sale model (no freemium, no trials), we drive paid traffic (primarily Meta ads) directly into high-converting web funnels to sell premium annual subscriptions.

The Role: We are looking for a hands-on Head of Product Marketing. With paid acquisition already covered (creatives and media buying are a well-oiled machine), your entire universe will be everything that happens after the click: landing pages, quizzes, web funnels, and paywalls.

Your single source of truth and primary KPI is Revenue Per Visitor (RPV).

What You Will Do:

  • Own the Funnel: Build, manage, and optimize the entire post-click web and in-app funnel.
  • Experiment Relentlessly: A/B test landing pages, quizzes, and paywalls, launching new tests weekly.
  • Master the Messaging: Write high-converting, direct-response copy tailored to the US consumer market.
  • Dive into Data: Analyze user behavior deeply using Amplitude to identify drop-offs and uncover conversion opportunities.
  • Build & Collaborate: Construct funnels using no-code tools (Web2Wave, Funnel Fox) and work closely with our founders, design team, and operations associate.
  • Utilize AI: Leverage AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) daily to accelerate brainstorming, copywriting, and production.

Who You Are:

  • The Mobile Subscription Expert: You come from a venture studio or a B2C subscription mobile app company.
  • '100% Hands-On': You are senior enough to lead the strategy, but you actually do the work. You build the funnels in no-code tools, write the copy, and architect the quizzes (while our in-house designers handle the visual assets).
  • A Funnel Nerd: You are obsessed with user psychology and conversion rate optimization. You naturally study competitors, dissect what makes a funnel work, and continuously look for new ways to improve conversion metrics.
  • Highly Ambitious: You are deeply driven, proactive, and thrive in a high-growth environment. You are always looking to push boundaries and reach the next level.

What We Offer:

  • A highly competitive base salary.
  • An uncapped performance bonus structure tied directly to the revenue targets you hit.
  • Fully remote flexibility.
  • Health insurance and other benefits.
  • A team of 'A-players' who want to scale this beyond 8 figures/month.
