The Head of Product - Mobile will own the mobile product line, overseeing vision, strategy, team building, and go-to-market execution for financial services apps.
About Jito Labs
Jito builds the Market Layer of Solana, the infrastructure that powers real markets on-chain.
We started by building foundational network infrastructure: execution systems, capital markets, and incentive mechanisms that process billions in daily transaction value. Our products (Jito Block Engine, BAM, and JitoSOL) are market leaders and core to how Solana's economy operates.
Now we're moving up the stack. We're building the consumer product that help people access better financial services, backed by the same world-class team that built the infrastructure powering billions in daily transaction value.
The Opportunity
As Head of Product - Mobile, you'll be the owner of this product line and report to the CEO. You'll refine the vision, build the team, and ship the experiences that brings users to Solana. This is a startup within a startup - you'll have the autonomy to move fast, the resources of a well-funded company behind you, and the opportunity to build something from absolute zero that could reshape how people interact with money.
You'll own everything: product strategy, team building, go-to-market, and execution. If you've been waiting for the chance to run your own thing with the backing of proven infrastructure and world-class talent, this is it.
Responsibilities
- Own product vision and roadmap for mobile, from concept through launch
- Drive rapid iteration cycles. Ship, measure, learn, repeat
- Lead user research to validate what we’re building
- Establish product metrics and instrumentation to guide decisions
- Make hard calls on prioritization, scope, and tradeoffs to maintain velocity
- Coordinate go-to-market with marketing and growth teams
- Contribute to company strategy as part of the leadership team
Requirements
- 4+ years in product management at high-growth startups, 2+ years on mobile
- Track record shipping 0-to-1 mobile products and scaling them. We want builders, not process managers
- Deep understanding of mobile platforms, app store dynamics, and creative distribution tactics
- Bias for action: comfortable deciding with incomplete information
- Strong communicator who can align engineering, design, and business stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Experience with financial products, developer tools, or infrastructure
- Familiarity with Solana, DeFi, or crypto (we'll get you up to speed if not)
The infrastructure is proven. The timing is right. If you're energized by shipping fast and making complex technology simple, let's talk.
