About the Opportunity:

Seekr is building the AI platform that enterprises and government agencies trust for mission-critical decisions. As our technology organization scales, we need someone to be the operational backbone that keeps it all moving. We’re hiring a Head of Product Operations to work closely with technology leadership to bring structure, visibility, and momentum to the team.

This role is the connective tissue between product, engineering, design, research, and go-to-market. You will own cross-team project tracking, release planning, roadmap coordination, and executive reporting, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and leadership always has a clear picture of where things stand. This starts as an individual contributor role with genuine leadership trajectory: as the team grows, you’ll build and lead the Product Management Office for the technology organization.

What You'll Own:

  • Cross-team project tracking & delivery: Own visibility into project status, dependencies, risks, and timelines across the product and engineering organization. Identify blockers early and drive resolution before they become delays.
  • Release planning & roadmap coordination: Partner with PMs, Engineering leads, and Design to coordinate release cycles, align cross-functional dependencies, and ensure roadmap commitments are tracked and communicated consistently.
  • Executive & stakeholder reporting: Build and maintain the business rhythm for the product org: weekly status updates, OKR tracking, board-ready reporting, and customer-facing roadmap communications. Make complex program status clear and actionable for leadership.
  • PMO establishment & leadership: Define and implement the operating model, processes, and tooling for the product organization’s program management function. As the team scales, you will build and lead a PMO team to support the broader tech org.
  • Operational infrastructure: Establish and maintain the tools, templates, and workflows that enable PMs, Engineering leads, and Design to operate efficiently and consistently, from sprint planning rhythms to roadmap tooling to intake processes.
  • Cross-functional alignment: Facilitate alignment across product, engineering, design, research, sales, and customer success, ensuring teams are moving in the same direction and that commitments made externally are grounded in internal reality.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in product operations, program management, technical project management, or a chief of staff role within a technology organization
  • Demonstrated ability to build and run program management functions at scale in fast-moving product organizations, including cross-team tracking, release coordination, and executive reporting
  • Experience working closely with product and engineering leadership; comfortable engaging in technical conversations without being an engineer
  • Proven track record owning complex, multi-workstream programs with ambiguous scope and shifting priorities
  • Strong systems thinker: able to design operational processes, reporting structures, and tooling that scale without adding unnecessary overhead
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to synthesize complex program status into crisp, actionable narratives for executive and board audiences
  • High emotional intelligence and strong stakeholder management skills; able to hold teams accountable and drive alignment without direct authority
  • Experience in AI/ML, enterprise SaaS, or high-growth technology companies
  • Reside in or willing to relocate to Austin, TX; able to work in office on a hybrid schedule

What We’re Looking For

  • You are energized by bringing order to complexity: you see a fast-moving org and immediately start mapping what needs structure, what needs visibility, and what needs someone to own it.
  • You are a trusted operator: people loop you in early because you make things easier, not harder.
  • You are comfortable operating at multiple altitudes, from detailed project tracking to preparing board-level materials, without losing quality at either end.
  • You communicate with clarity and economy: status updates, reports, and documents from you are concise, accurate, and immediately useful.
  • You have leadership ambition: you want to build a team and a function, not just maintain one.
  • You’re technically fluent enough to earn credibility in a room full of engineers and PMs, even if your background is in operations rather than engineering.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building a PMO from scratch in a scaling technology organization
  • Background in AI/ML platform companies or adjacent technology sectors (data infrastructure, developer tools, enterprise software)
  • Familiarity with product management tooling and methodology (Jira, Linear, Productboard, or similar)
  • Experience supporting or working alongside a CPO, CTO, or VP of Product in a chief of staff or operations capacity
  • Exposure to government or defense technology programs where reporting cadence, compliance, and stakeholder communication are especially demanding
  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification (a plus, not a requirement)
