About the Role

We are looking for a Head of Product to establish and lead our production management function. This role owns Panacea’s end-to-end product experience — from the design and competitiveness of our core financial products (banking, lending, and services) to how those products are delivered digitally to the incubation and launch of new products that expand how doctors engage with their financial lives.

This role will evolve Panacea’s products from successful point solutions into a scalable, defensible platform that supports doctors across their entire financial lifecycle.

This role sits at the intersection of customer needs, business strategy, compliance, and technology and requires a leader who can drive change and execute across the organization. You will be responsible for the full product lifecycle and work closely with engineering, design, operations, risk, compliance, and go-to-market partners to deliver secure, scalable, and regulator-ready financial solutions.

This is a hands-on leadership role — equal parts strategist, operator, and builder — with direct accountability for product outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone who understands financial products and platforms deeply, thinks holistically about user experience, and can translate complex requirements into clear, actionable product strategies and roadmaps.

What You’ll Do

Product Strategy and Vision

  • Own the product vision and roadmap across Panacea’s financial and digital products
  • Translate company goals and customer needs into clear product strategies and measurable outcomes
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis and customer discovery in order to identify features that meaningfully differentiate Panacea in the market
  • Balance innovation with regulatory, risk, and operational considerations
  • Own tradeoffs across customer value, speed, risk, and scalability, serving as the ultimate decision-maker for product priorities

Product Development and Delivery

  • Define and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Drive delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through launch
  • Hold teams accountable to timelines, quality and outcomes and personally unblock work when progress stalls
  • Establish product management processes, standards and operating rhythms
  • Define what great product management looks like at Panacea
  • Ensure products are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with Compliance, Legal, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Banking Services
  • Serve as the primary product point of contact for internal stakeholders
  • Communicate product updates, tradeoffs, and decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Influence teams and leaders who do not report to you to align around product priorities

Customer and Business Impact

  • Establish and monitor product KPIs tied to revenue, adoption, retention, and risk outcomes
  • Identify opportunities to improve adoption, engagement, revenue, and operational efficiency
  • Support go to market planning, product launches, and enablement for internal teams
  • Continuously iterate on products to improve customer outcomes and business results

What We’re Looking For

Experience and Skills

  • 10plus years of product management experience
  • Experience building or leading product at a fintech, neobank or financial services company
  • Experience building and scaling data and AI products translating complex data capabilities into intuitive, high-impact customer experiences
  • Strong understanding of consumer and or commercial banking products and workflows
  • Experience working in regulated environments with compliance and risk partners
  • Ability to translate complex requirements into clear product documentation and priorities
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to drive decisions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with core banking systems, payment rails, or lending platforms
  • Background working with B2C and B2B products in the same ecosystem
  • Experience in agile or scrum environments

Why This Role Matters

This role directly shapes how customers interact with and trust our banking products. You’ll help design solutions that are intuitive, compliant, and impactful, while contributing to the long-term growth of Panacea Financial.
