About H

H Company is a European frontier AI lab building computer-use agents: Holo models, HoloTab, HoloDesktop and the CU Agent API. We're turning frontier research into powerful enterprise tools, and building the operating system behind that growth.

The role

You'll build and run the revenue engine for sales, partnerships, forward deployed and marketing. You'll own how we forecast, how pipeline moves, how deals get priced, and what data we use to decide. You’ll report to the COO and work closely with GTM leads and partners across the business. This is a builder role: much of it doesn't exist yet.

What you'll own

  • Revenue architecture: Design the end-to-end GTM process, from lead through to renewal, across self-serve (API) and enterprise motions.

  • Forecasting and planning: Run the weekly forecast, set up annual and quarterly planning, and model capacity, territories and targets.

  • Systems and data: Own HubSpot and the wider GTM stack, including data hygiene, integrations, attribution and one source of truth for pipeline and revenue.

  • Deal desk: Set pricing governance, discount approvals, contract workflows and usage-based billing for the API, working with Finance and Legal.

  • Compensation mechanics: Build and administer sales comp plans and quota tracking. Plan design and approval stay with People and the COO.

  • Insight: Produce the metrics leadership runs the business on: win rates, cycle time, CAC, NRR and conversion by segment.

  • Automation: Use our own agents on RevOps workflows. We expect you to be a heavy user.

What we're looking for

  • A proven record of building RevOps from early stage through scale in B2B SaaS, AI or infrastructure

  • Experience running both enterprise sales-led and usage-based or PLG revenue models

  • Deep CRM expertise (HubSpot preferred) and fluency in SQL or BI tools

  • A track record of forecasts leadership actually trusts

  • Commercial judgement: you can challenge a VP on deal structure with data

  • Comfort in ambiguity, high standards and low ego

  • Fluent English. French is a plus.

What success looks like at 12 months

  • Forecast accuracy within ±10%

  • A clean, trusted pipeline across all regions

  • A live deal desk and a documented GTM playbook

  • Comp plans that pay out accurately and on time

What we offer

Competitive salary · Equity ·

H Company is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome applications from everyone, whatever their origin, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, family situation, disability, religion or beliefs. We will make reasonable adjustments throughout the process on request.
