TopDog Law is one of the fastest-growing law firms in the U.S., founded in 2018 by James Helm and achieving 200–300% year-over-year growth. Ranked No. 149 on the Inc. 5000 list (an annual ranking of the 5000 fastest-growing privately held companies in the US), we combine our world-class legal expertise, top-tier technology, data-driven decision-making, and a culture rooted in speed, accountability, and teamwork. We hire people who are hungry to learn, eager to innovate, and motivated to deliver exceptional results.

As we continue expanding into new markets and evolving our capabilities, we’re focused on building high-performance teams that can scale with our growth. Our fast-paced environment rewards problem solvers, self-starters, and individuals who thrive in a culture of continuous improvement.

If you’re energized by rapid growth, meaningful impact, and endless opportunities to advance your career, TopDog Law is the place to do it. We’re building something different, and we’re looking for people who want to be part of a firm that’s disrupting the legal industry at an elite level.

The Big Picture:

TopDog Law is building a marketing engine that combines bold brand storytelling with culturally fluent, high-performing social content.

We are seeking a Head of Social & Creative Development to own and scale our organic social presence, with Instagram as the primary growth and revenue-driving platform, while overseeing creative execution that shapes how audiences experience the TopDog Law brand across all marketing channels, including:

  • Organic Social: Owning brand-forward campaigns, culturally fluent content that drives trust, engagement, and long-term community growth, with Instagram as the primary platform, followed by further expansion.
  • Paid Social: Brand-led paid advertising that builds confidence, communicates value, and captures attention at scale.
  • Outdoor: Brand-first creative that delivers clear, confident messaging across high-impact offline placements, reinforcing trust, credibility, and recognition.
  • Radio: Overseeing the development of compelling radio creative that reinforces brand voice, builds trust, and delivers memorable messaging.
  • Law Firm Brand Assets: Overseeing the creation and organization of essential creative assets so the firm has what it needs to operate consistently and effectively.

Your primary focus will be building and executing a comprehensive social strategy that brings the TopDog Law brand to life through engaging, culturally relevant content that never feels like an ad. You will own social performance end-to-end, from idea generation and execution to optimization based on real-time data, while ensuring the brand is consistently and clearly represented across the majority of our content.

As the role evolves, you will also head creative development efforts by helping translate brand vision into clear execution, reviewing creative output for creativity, quality, and consistency, and partnering closely with creative leadership to ensure work across channels aligns with brand standards and objectives.

This role requires high ownership and a builder mindset, combining strategy, hands-on execution, and leadership across social and creative functions. As the foundation is established, you will help guide the brand’s presence across additional channels and formats, ensuring consistent, high-quality execution that supports long-term growth.

You’ll report directly to the Creative Director and collaborate closely with creative, performance marketing, and decision science teams to ensure social drives measurable business impact. This role goes far beyond managing workflows. It requires a hands-on leader who can step in, take full ownership, and drive results with minimal guidance.

What You'll Do:

At TopDog, every touchpoint is a performance channel—and design is how we turn attention into action. You will:

Ownership and Strategy

  • Own the company’s organic social presence end-to-end, with Instagram as the primary platform.
  • Develop and evolve social strategy based on performance, trends, and business goals
  • Stay ahead of platform changes, best practices, and emerging formats.
  • Translate brand vision into a clear executional direction across all advertising platforms.

Content and Execution

  • Independently generate, test, and iterate original content ideas.
  • Execute hands-on when needed, including editing and solving production issues.
  • Maintain and execute a content calendar with speed and consistency.
  • Oversee creative execution across paid, organic, and brand advertising, ensuring company ideas, goals, and brand standards are clearly translated and consistently delivered by the creative team.

Influencer and Growth

  • Guide the vision for influencer, creator, and UGC representation to support brand diversity, trust, confidence, and high-value positioning across paid and organic channels.
  • Identify, source, and partner with creators and viral pages that fit the brand.

Performance and Optimization

  • Use performance insights to guide creative direction across paid and organic channels and make fast, data-driven improvements.
  • Clearly communicate social performance through insights, recommendations, and next steps.

Collaboration and Brand

  • Work closely with creative, performance marketing, and decision science teams to align content with campaigns and tests.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and visuals across all content.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience owning and scaling a company’s Instagram account with hundreds of thousands of followers, driving consistent growth and engagement through clear social strategy and execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to originate, test, and execute high-performing content ideas independently, not just manage or assign work.
  • Expert understanding of short-form video performance, including hooks, pacing, storytelling, visuals, formats, and platform trends.
  • Strong hands-on editing skills, with the ability to step in and produce content end-to-end when needed.
  • Deep experience in analyzing social performance metrics and making fast, data-driven decisions to improve results.
  • Proven success operating in high ownership, low oversight environments, taking full responsibility for outcomes.
  • Track record of fast execution, adaptability, and decisive leadership in dynamic, fast-moving teams.
  • Experience building and managing influencer, creator, and UGC strategies that expand reach, credibility, and trust.
  • Ability to maintain clear brand voice, tone, and visual consistency at scale across a high volume of content.
  • Strong communicator who can clearly present performance insights, learnings, and next steps to stakeholders.
  • Background working in performance-driven, high-growth environments where social directly impacts revenue or pipeline.

Why TopDog Law Is The Place To Be:

  • Join the fastest-growing law firm in the U.S. and be part of a team driven by momentum, innovation, and real impact 🚀
  • Work fully remote from anywhere, supported by a high-performance culture built on speed, accountability, and results 💻
  • Do meaningful work that directly contributes to firm growth, client outcomes, and operational excellence
