The Role

As Head of Social at OnePay, you will define and lead our social strategy as a core growth and brand lever, shaping how millions of customers discover, engage with, and trust our brand. You will:

  • Own social strategy and define its role in driving brand awareness, trust, and customer acquisition

  • Build and lead a high velocity, platform native content engine across TikTok, Instagram, X, and YouTube

  • Develop and scale creator and influencer partnerships to extend reach and credibility

  • Drive community engagement and establish social as a real time customer interaction and feedback channel

  • Leverage social listening and performance data to inform content, campaigns, and product insights while partnering cross functionally with Brand, Growth, Product, and Compliance

You Bring
  • 10+ years of experience in social media, content, or digital marketing within consumer tech, fintech, or high growth D2C or B2C brands

  • Proven track record of building and scaling high performing social and content programs that drive measurable growth

  • Deep understanding of platform dynamics, creator ecosystems, and what resonates in culture across major social channels

  • Experience leading teams and building fast moving, high output content operations

  • Strong cross functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence Brand, Growth, Product, and Compliance stakeholders

  • Drive and proactivity – everyone here is a builder and executor
