Vendor, Licensing, Financial & Compliance Oversight

  • Manage the software vendor lifecycle, including onboarding, performance, licensing, and service levels.
  • Manage the approved systems and software vendor budget in partnership with the SVP and Finance, including forecasting, analysis of license utilization, overlapping functionality, and total cost, and reporting realized savings separately from cost avoidance.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews with strategic vendors and hold vendors accountable to contractual commitments.
  • Partner with Procurement, Finance, and Legal on software negotiations, renewals, and purchasing decisions.
  • Partner with Security and Compliance on logging and audit readiness to meet standards such as HIPAA, SOC 2, PIPEDA, GDPR, and ISO 27001.
