The purpose of this role is to equip client-facing teams with the tools, resources, training, and insights they need to build strong client relationships, drive engagement, and optimize the way we work. This role bridges the gap between client needs and internal capabilities, focusing on delivering solutions that drive value, growth, and retention.
The ideal candidate will be strategic and innovative, with a disciplined approach to problem-solving and a strong intellectual curiosity. This role will ensure a structured, data driven approach towards process improvements, technology enablement activities and account management excellence. - Drive and deliver strategic initiatives end-to-end by leading solution design, overseeing implementation timelines, and measuring outcomes to ensure alignment with project goals and timeframes.
- Serve as a catalyst for change, driving transformation initiatives that support project execution while ensuring seamless adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies.
- Partner with sales, marketing, operations, and customer success teams to align enablement strategies with business goals.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to gather insights and feedback on opportunities for improvement.
- Identify and implement process improvements that drive efficiency and enable Account Management to prioritize relationship building over operational tasks.
- Support the implementation and optimization of CRM systems and enablement tools to enhance client engagement and team effectiveness.
- Develop and deliver training programs, onboarding resources, and best practice guidelines to promote consistency and excellence in client engagement.
- Support the integration of acquisitions by aligning processes, systems, and teams to ensure a seamless transition and consistent client experience.
- Proactively identify and address risks and issues related to project delivery by developing effective mitigation strategies and ensuring timely resolution.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive project/initiatives related to outputs such as presentations and reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Identify inefficiencies in client engagement workflows and collaborate with internal stakeholders to recommend and implement solutions that enhance productivity, streamline processes, and improve client satisfaction.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in project management, client management, or a related field, with a strong background in managing cross-functional teams and programs.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Skills & Abilities:
- Experience with finance, retirement, wealth management, healthcare and benefits industries
- Experience with various technologies including Salesforce, Tableau, and SharePoint.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., MS Office, including Excel and Visio)
- Experience in change management, stakeholder management, and influencing people without authority.
- Must be a strategic, innovative, and creative thinker with a solid analytic foundation.
- Proven ability to work in ambiguity.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills to connect and engage with all levels of staff, management, and senior leadership.
