Build and manage enterprise sales for AI solutions serving higher education institutions. Own pipeline development, qualify opportunities, navigate 6–9 month multi-stakeholder sales cycles, close contracts, and create ROI-driven business cases tied to enrollment and conversion outcomes. This senior individual contributor role requires proactive execution in a scaling startup, higher education market understanding, customer travel, and U.S. residency.
The summary above was generated by AI

An AI-native company is building agentic "digital workers" that help colleges and universities turn prospective-student interest into enrollments — closing the gaps between marketing, enrollment, and student services. Higher education is its most established vertical, and it's now building a dedicated sales team as it moves beyond founder-led sales. As Director of Enterprise Sales, Higher Education, you'll be one of its founding sales leaders: a senior individual contributor who builds your own pipeline and owns new business with large online, high-enrollment institutions. The right fit is proactive and self-directed, comfortable with ambiguity in a scaling startup, and genuinely curious about how AI is changing higher ed.

If you have…

  • A proven record as a top performer in enterprise sales, ideally with 10+ years of experience
  • Experience running a disciplined enterprise sales playbook through long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (about 6–9 months), from qualification through contract
  • Nice to have: deep knowledge of the higher education market — especially enrollment, online programs, or student recruitment — and an existing network of higher education enrollment and online-learning leaders
  • A track record of closing enterprise contracts and building ROI-driven business cases that tie a solution to measurable outcomes (initial deals here run $200K–$300K ACV, tied to enrollment and conversion metrics)
  • Willingness to travel to customers, prospects, and industry conferences; must be based in the United States

We look forward to hearing from you!
