Job Location: Menlo Park, CA (Remote) Duration: 12 Months contract Visas: All visa acceptable (no H1B transfer)

Mandatory Skills: - 10+ years of experience in RPA and intelligent automation architecture.
- UiPath Automation Hub — Enterprise governance framework design, automation lifecycle management, pipeline intake and prioritization at scale
- UiPath AI Center — Building and orchestrating ML-integrated automation pipelines for intelligent, adaptive workflows
- UiPath Process Mining — Large-scale process discovery, bottleneck analysis, and identification of high-impact automation opportunities
- UiPath Communications Mining — NLP-driven automation discovery and customer service workflow optimization
- Automation Anywhere Bot Insight — Analytics dashboard development, bot performance tracking, and ROI reporting
- ABBYY Vantage — Intelligent document processing for invoices, contracts, and unstructured enterprise data
 

Required Experience:

- Proven track record delivering automation programs in large enterprise environments
- Experience supporting 100+ bots in production with governance and lifecycle management
- Background in industries such as banking, healthcare, retail, or consulting preferred
- Strong ability to balance strategic architecture with hands-on delivery

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and deliver end-to-end enterprise automation programs across finance, healthcare, and/or retail domains
- Establish and scale Automation Centers of Excellence (CoEs) with governance models, intake processes, and standards
- Design AI-enabled automation pipelines integrating UiPath AI Center for model training and orchestration - Lead process intelligence initiatives using UiPath Process Mining to surface transformation opportunities
- Implement NLP-based discovery workflows via UiPath Communications Mining
- Deliver intelligent document processing solutions using ABBYY Vantage across high-volume business processes
- Build operational analytics and performance dashboards using Automation Anywhere Bot Insight
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align automation strategy with enterprise priorities and measurable KPIs - Mentor and guide automation teams, establishing best practices for scalable, secure, and governed deployments
