Job Description

Role: SharePoint BA

Duration: Long Term

Location: US- Remote

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on SharePoint migration projects
  • In-depth understanding of SharePoint, including SharePoint Online, SharePoint On-Premises, and SharePoint migration tools (e.g., ShareGate, Metalogix)
  • Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, creating process flows, and translating them into technical specifications
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in conducting user training, preparing user guides, and providing post-migration support
  • Familiarity with information governance, data migration best practices, and compliance requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering business value
