About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner to own the full US employee experience.

In this role, you will be the dedicated HR partner for our US-based team,

spanning full-cycle recruiting support, benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, and performance management.

This is a high-autonomy role where you will serve as the go-to person for managers and employees on all people matters,

ensuring our culture, engagement, and operational standards remain high as we scale.

You will report to the HR Director and work closely with our GTM and technical leadership teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary HR contact for US employees and managers. 
  • Coach leaders through performance management, team structuring, career development, and complex employee relations issues.
  • Own recruiting support for open US and global roles. 
  • Partner with hiring managers on job requirements, screen CVs, conduct phone interviews, utilize sourcing strategies, and manage relationships with external agencies.
  • Administer employee benefits (health, 401(k), PTO) in partnership with our PEO partners.
  • Oversee plan transitions, open enrollment, vendor changes, and 401(k) rollovers.
  • Design and implement US employee well-being and engagement initiatives. 
  • Lead onboarding/offboarding processes, exit interviews, and programs aimed at fostering connection and long-term retention.
  • Ensure compliance with US multi-state employment laws. 
  • Maintain transparent candidate and employee communications, document key meeting outcomes, and leverage HR tools (e.g., HiBob) and AI tools to streamline workflows and data analytics.
  • Facilitate discussions around associate mapping, promotions, and skill development pathways to help employees grow within the company.
Requirements

Who you are

  • You have 4+ years of experience as an HRBP and/or Talent Acquisition Partner within fast-growing tech companies or startups.
  • Solid working knowledge of US multi-state employment law and compliance,
  • paired with hands-on experience administering benefits and 401(k) plans through PEO platforms.
  • Strong track record in candidate sourcing across social platforms and managing hiring flows through modern ATS tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to guide leaders through the "human side" of management, navigating sensitive employee relations with high discretion, empathy, and strong judgment.
  • Highly organized and self-directed approach, effortlessly balancing recurring compliance requirements with fast-paced, ad-hoc team needs.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English, with full confidence serving as the primary HR contact for the US region.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in a globally distributed startup environment.
  • Hands-on familiarity with HiBob HRIS.
  • Background in integrating AI tools into HR workflows and data analytics.
