Job Description

The Human Resources Coordinator, Recruiting is responsible for managing all facets of the recruiting process throughout the Agency, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and referring qualiifed candidates for all agency positions, including non-exempt, exempt, and professional level positions while ensuring practices are infused and aligned with the Social Determinants of Health through a trauma informed care lens as defined by the agency. This will be achieved by employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. Ensure all recruitment activities are aligned with agency goals, objectives, and values, as well as with Equal Employment Opportunity, Contractual and Federal Law, organizational and employee development and compensation. The Human Resources Coordinator, Recruiting will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required; and Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resources-Certified Professional) strongly preferred

2. Associates in Human Resources or related, PLUS a PHR or SHRM-CP.

3. Three (3) to five (5) years experience recruiting for positions at all levels; and experience recruiting in nonproft organizations preferred.

4. Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills.

5. Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment (Excel, Word); and proven skills in database management and recordkeeping.

6. Fluent in English and Spanish (read, write, and speak) desirable.
