Plan employee engagement activities, internal events, offsites, and gifting programs while maintaining HR quality systems. The role requires strong record management, communication, deadline management, and local travel for business activities. The position is currently remote but may transition onsite in Bangalore after June 2026.

Job Responsibilities
- Onboarding new candidates & briefing
- Oversee daily operations of HR & Admin
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR documentation, and letters; support audits when required
- Manage employee records related to attendance, leave, medical, benefits, and compliance
- Build and manage vendor relationships; coordinate invoicing, payments, contracts, and service performance
- Maintain employee records related to leaves, medical, attendance and other benefits
- Plan & Conduct Employee engagement activities
- Ability to work with timelines/deadlines
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, internal events, celebrations, off sites, and gifting programs
- Responsible for overall quality system in HR department
- Handling other ad hoc tasks as needed
Requirements
- 4+years of proven experience in HR Operations and administration
- Prior experience as an HR Executive will be an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools with strong data and record management skills
- Able to work under pressure and efficiently
- Ability to communicate effectively & professionally
- Capable of working efficiently under pressure and meeting deadlines
- Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude
- Willingness to travel locally for office, vendor, and other business-related activities
- Attentive listener, understanding, empathetic, and personable
- Positive, go-getter attitude
- Graduation/PG in Human Resources field or relevant
