The Opportunity

TRP Infrastructure is hiring a bilingual HR Generalist to deliver reliable, hands‑on support in a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment. The role covers employee relations, onboarding, HR administration, payroll and benefits inquiries, performance documentation, compliance, and daily HR operations.

What You Will Do

  • Serve as a day-to-day HR resource for employees and managers on policies, employee relations, benefits, payroll, and general HR matters.
  • Support employee relations, including fact gathering, documentation, policy interpretation, corrective action, and escalation.
  • Coordinate onboarding, employee changes, transfers, promotions, compensation changes, and offboarding.
  • Partner with Payroll and Benefits to resolve employee questions related to pay, timekeeping, deductions, leaves, and programs.
  • Maintain accurate HRIS records, personnel files, and employment documentation.
  • Support managers with performance, attendance, employee notices, disciplinary documentation, and policy questions.
  • Assist with HR compliance, audits, reporting, acquisitions, integrations, and special projects.
  • Provide professional HR support to English- and Spanish-speaking employees.

Requirements

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of progressive HR Generalist or similar experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, HR administration, employment practices, compliance, and day-to-day manager support.
  • Sound judgment, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and employee records; ADP experience is a plus.
  • Experience supporting multi-location, field-based, construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, or similar teams is a plus.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Actual pay will depend on location, experience, scope, internal equity, and other job-related factors. Benefits and other compensation are subject to applicable plan terms and company policy.
