WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Master’s degree, MBA, or related graduate program in Human Resources
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Geographically mobile and open to relocation

What We Are Looking For

Requires current enrollment in a Masters of HR or MBA program. Entry Level.Developing professional knowledge in the area of expertise. Solid written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office.

What We Offer

Compensation: This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is $40/hour. This rate is based on the intern's current year in their respective university programs. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
