Job Responsibilities:
Recruiting & Talent Support
Assist with end-to-end recruiting processes (job postings, resume screening, interview coordination)
Communicate with candidates and ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience
Help build and maintain candidate pipelines and recruiting trackers
Support interview preparation and follow-ups
Employer Branding
Help shape and execute employer branding initiatives (LinkedIn posts, website content, recruiting materials)
Assist in telling our “people story” — culture, values, and what makes working here unique
Research best practices in employer branding and campus recruiting
Events & People Operations
Help plan and organize recruiting events, info sessions, internal meetups, or offsites
Support onboarding-related tasks for new hires
Assist with ad-hoc HR and operations projects as the team grows
Qualifications:
Currently a student or recent graduate in HR, Psychology, Business, Communications, or a related field
Interested in recruiting, people operations, or organizational culture
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
Curious, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
Bonus points if you have:
Previous experience in recruiting, HR, or campus organizations
Social media or content creation experience
Strong aesthetic sense for branding or presentations
