Help deliver an exceptional employee experience by supporting every stage of the employee lifecycle across North and South America.

The Role

Join Capco's fast-paced Human Resources Operations Shared Services Center in Orlando, supporting employees across North and South America. As part of our HR Operations team, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality, efficient HR services across the employee lifecycle while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and an outstanding employee experience.

Working collaboratively with colleagues across HR and the wider business, you'll help drive operational excellence while identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance service delivery.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver end-to-end HR operational support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, benefits administration, leave management, and HR systems updates.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S., Canadian, and applicable international employment legislation, internal policies, and audit requirements.
  • Partner with HR colleagues and business stakeholders to resolve employee queries and deliver a seamless HR Shared Services experience.
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy while managing multiple priorities and meeting agreed service level commitments.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

  • Approximately four years' experience in Human Resources Operations or a similar HR generalist/shared services environment.
  • Experience administering U.S. and Canadian employee benefits and leave programs while ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using HR technologies such as SAP SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, ServiceNow, DocuSign, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and a commitment to confidentiality, integrity, and outstanding customer service.

  • Experience supporting onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Exposure to immigration administration or global mobility processes.
  • Experience applying AI tools or automation within HR operations.
  • Experience supporting continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
