Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer the company’s performance management system.

  • Collaborate with managers to create individual development plans (IDPs).

  • Track implementation of development activities and evaluate outcomes.

  • Support succession planning initiatives by identifying high-potential employees.

  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs that promote motivation, collaboration, and retention.

  • Design, administer, and analyze employee satisfaction and engagement surveys.

  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps in skills and competencies.

  • Coordinate training programs to address identified needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend adjustments for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business, or equivalent

  • With at least 2 years work experience, preferably in the facets of Performance and/or Training

  • Confident to communicate across all levels within the organization

  • Willing to work onsite once a week at West Avenue, Quezon City.
