At a Glance

In order to accomplish our aggressive growth goals, we are expanding our talented Corporate Recruiting Team by adding a new Recruiting Coordinator. This person will provide administrative support to the Experienced Recruiting Team and have high visibility both internally and externally. And support the internal PERM Recruiting Team with immigration cases as an enterprise resource. The role will evolve and expand as the business needs change and grow.

What You'll Do

  • Provide administrative support to the Corporate Recruiting Team through scheduling and coordinating phone and onsite interviews for a variety of position groups and seniority levels including Technology, Digital Marketing, and Executive Level hiring
    • Special Assignment to support PERM Recruiting Team first level screening of candidate resumes for a period of one year
    • Manage PERM Recruiting for each case
      • Training for PERM Recruiting will be provided
    • Manage onsite interview days to include; greeting candidates, conducting tours, managing schedule changes, and providing a strong candidate experience
    • Coordinate candidate travel to interviews and new hire relocation process
    • Provide on-going verbal and written communication to candidates and hiring managers
    • Own the new hire process including drafting and sending offer letters, managing background and drug screen processes, on-boarding communication, etc.
    • Project management for new and ongoing recruiting initiatives
    • Review resumes to identify qualified candidates
    • Recognize and propose solutions to improve the recruiting process
    • Role may eventually expand to include owning requisitions

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous experience in administrative roles that require attention to detail, organizational skills, and external communication
  • Previous recruiting coordinator experience is a huge plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook)
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic work environment
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred
