We are looking for someone with 15+ years experience as a leader in a Human Resources role, with experience scaling a company from a startup, and a Bachelor's degree. You are someone who:
- Has crazy good organizational and people skills. You are a taskmaster who can also put on the kid-gloves.
- Can imagine the possibilities but also get stuff done. You strategize, operationalize, and execute at a tactical level.
- Is a demanding coach who displays patience and empathy. You love the sport of developing careers. You can push people beyond their comfort zone without pushing them over the edge.

- Spread the findhelp goodness: We believe that people should be treated with dignity. You will lead the charge to foster a workplace that is supportive and welcoming, where everyone feels valued and included, and where people are challenged and encouraged to grow.
