A day in the life

  • Understand, analyze and report on our unique employee perspectives across all levels, functions, and regions of our organization through “active listening” tools, including engagement surveys
  • Own the employee lifecycle and impact of engagement across a full spectrum of experiences. Make recommendations on where Postclick should invest to improve retention and employee engagement health 
  • Research, develop and deploy employee engagement programs to foster and build on Postclick’s unique culture
  • Gather feedback from employees after programs/events to ensure they stay modern, relevant and exciting and work with internal communications team to promote future belonging initiatives 
  • Manage and oversee an employee recognition program
  • Provide strategic leadership for the cross-functional team responsible for designing and executing our hybrid return to office strategy. This includes both getting executive buy-in and supporting the team in building programming that supports the transition, celebrates the reunion, and continues to support our Postclickers as they navigate work post-pandemic
  • Partner with leadership to roll out perks program and engagement activities across the entire employee experience, including and especially for; Help, Rally, Adventure, Eat, Evolve, and Compete, and our Sales Kick-Off and Annual Organizational Offsites

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience leading employee engagement programs
  • Previous experience working within an HR or People function 
  • Experience with events and survey development
  • SaaS technology and fast-paced environment experience a plus

Location

We are growing the Austin location to about 50 employees by the end of this year and we are looking for a brand-new office space in central Austin.
