This is a unique opportunity to be a part of a fun and exciting team and help build HR programs and processes as a Human Resources Business Partner. We are looking for an individual who is a self-starter, who can think strategically as well as someone who can deep dive into practical application. In this role, you will partner with the HR Business Partner team and the business to execute strategies that support business objectives. Your focus will be on HR initiatives, organizational design, policies and procedures, and employee relations.

What you'll do all day:
- Build relationships with our internal customers. Our employees are our greatest asset, and our goal is to make the employee experience frictionless
- Support the Tech organization by being the go-to partner for Tech leaders for day-to-day support, HR initiatives & employee engagement
- Help us build and support by partnering with the HR team to create and execute processes, procedures, and programs to better support the business
- Help grow our culture by partnering with various departments to ensure Apex's employee experience is robust and dynamic

The skills you'll need to succeed:
- 4-6 + years of Human Resources (Must have Employee Relations experience)
- Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience required
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience supporting a technology organization or similarly matrixed organization.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation
- Experience supporting year end Compensation and review cycles
- Workday experience a plus
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
- SHRM Certification Preferred
