WHAT IS COOL ABOUT THIS JOB

In this role, you will play a significant role in helping our colleagues learn and grow by organizing and supporting training and development efforts. You will be an integral part of our team of impassioned, creative, and fun-loving learning and development professionals, making a difference in the lives of our employees.

THE DAY TO DAY

  • Develop and manage schedule for New Employee Orientation and other functional onboarding training by setting up calendar of events, identifying/confirming facilitators, and ensuring all parties are clear on process and expectations
  • Support company-wide L&D communication efforts, including maintaining the L&D website and scheduling all training events for the company
  • Manage company emails for employee trainings
  • Take extensive notes to create process and training documents
  • Transfer existing documentation into current templates and formats
  • Partner with People Ops to research new Learning Management System (LMS) options and implement
  • Support ongoing LMS administration/reporting/communication
  • Collect and analyze training survey and evaluation data; create reports based on data collected
  • Play a key role in coordination of compliance training rollouts
  • Set up Audio Visual equipment; maintain audio and visual recordings
  • Work collaboratively with team members to identify opportunities to refine L&D processes
  • Perform other duties as required in the support of L&D efforts

YOUR EXPERTISE AND PASSION

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in related discipline: Communication, Human Resources Management, Business Administration
  • Have a desire to explore Learning and Development as a future career
  • Motivated self-starter with a solid history of proven results
  • Outstanding planning, organizing, prioritizing, and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines
  • Strong detail orientation
  • A problem solver that can come up with effective solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment
  • Experience working on projects with multiple contributors and stake holders (project management experience a plus)
  • Excellent and professional communication skills (written/verbal)
  • Highly skilled with Microsoft Office suite and Google Applications
  • Experience with website management a plus
  • Experience in administration of an LMS is a plus
