In People Operations - Systems, we focus on delivering thoughtful solutions to support the full employee life-cycle. As a Sr. Analyst working at the intersection of people and technology, you will translate your knowledge of HR, Benefits and Payroll business practices, processes, and systems (including UltiPro Core) to collaborate with IT, HR and Accounting Partners for the identification and resolution of issues, evaluation of potential system improvements, upgrades, and/or system conversions. You'll also help us create and maintain a catalog of metrics, reports and analysis to ensure we are bringing data forward in all of our decisions.

The Day to Day

• Serve as technical point of contact ensuring information integrity, maintenance, system modifications, report writing, document maintenance, system audits, solving configurations and integrations and make recommendations for process changes
• Create process documentation for employee transactions across multiple applications
• Review business procedures/workflow to ensure system capabilities are being fully utilized and identify UltiPro features that may improve efficiency
• Perform report writing functions and prepare regularly scheduled reports and ad-hoc reporting
• Perform analysis into root cause of problems and resolve as appropriate
• Identify patterns and anomalies in data to spot potential data integrity issues
• Serve as a Support Contact with UltiPro and handle UltiPro support communication for HR functional areas
• Cross-train on other HR systems to provide backup administration duties as needed
• Lead HR technology project teams in accordance with established project management methodologies, identifying needs, conducting impact analysis, documenting requirements, crafting, developing and/or configuring the solution, conducting unit testing, building test plans, delivering training, and deploying solutions

Your Expertise and Passion

Are you self-sufficient, driven towards producing accurate results and have strong analytical skills? Are you passionate about the role that systems can play in an extraordinary employee experience? Do you have advanced knowledge in SQL, Excel, Sheets and have working experience with Reporting Tools (i.e. Cognos, etc.) with a proven ability to recommend process solutions and communicate with employees at all levels? Do you should have a broad-based knowledge of HRIS systems experience including UltiPro? Five years of job-related experience required.
