We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to support our continued headcount and company growth. In this role, you will focus on sourcing, engaging, and hiring the best talent in our Austin office, while delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.
What You Will Do:
- Creative outreach and sourcing of active and passive technical candidates across engineering roles in Austin
- Identify and recommend new and creative ways to source and attract top talent and continue to build your network in new markets
- Partner with Senior Technical Recruiter on facilitating and executing employer branding initiatives
- Leverage recruiting data to drive improvements across the recruiting process and candidate journey
Who You Are:
- You have at least 2+ years of work experience in a high-volume sourcing role at staffing firm or in-house recruiting role.
- You are metrics-minded and let the numbers drive your approach
- You're a relationship builder and proactively engage with hiring managers and candidates
- You are a strong written communicator and boolean master
- You’ve worked with an ATS (we use Greenhouse) and LinkedIn Recruiter
