We are searching for a Talent Acquisition Manager for our Product and Engineering group. Someone who will develop, drive, and execute recruiting strategies and serve a globally distributed team of technical recruiting professionals. YOU'RE A SOLID FIT FOR THIS POSITION IF YOU..
  • Have a sense of ownership and pride in your and your team's performance and its impact on the company’s success

  • Use data to understand, interpret, and report on key performance indicators and identify trends at all stages of the hiring funnel and sources

  • Have experience building, instructing, mentoring, engaging, developing and serving high performing teams in fast-paced and ambiguous environments

  • Love a fast paced, growing environment and are able to deal with ambiguity at times.

  • Have personally recruited technical software roles across multiple geographies, ideally globally.

  • Are able to understand and sell the latest and greatest software tech stacks to top tier candidates in product and engineering

THIS ROLE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR...
  • Leading and mentoring a team of technical talent acquisition professionals

  • Building and maintaining excellent relationships with our product and engineering group by providing regular status updates using data, collaborating on hiring needs, and delivering custom and executable recruiting plans

  • Developing innovative and scalable solutions to build diverse candidate pools through a variety of channels to meet strategic hiring objectives

  • Innovating and iterating on processes to find efficiencies, and being able to collaborate and influence on those.

  • Collaborating closely with the talent acquisition leadership and internal partners (Talent Development, Total Rewards, EEBPs, People Operations, and Finance) to execute against all priorities

  • Driving key initiatives, facilitating/leading meetings, and participating and leading projects in partnership with the rest of the talent acquisition team, client groups, and business partners

  • Maintaining team camaraderie and culture in a ever changing working environment


Your skills and expertise.
  • 5+ years experience in recruiting, 2+ years in technical recruitment, with at least 1 year leading a team

  • Strong familiarity and comfort using various ATS. Previous experience using Workday preferred.

  • Global technical recruiting experience preferred

  • Strong track record of success meeting and exceeding talent goals for the business

  • Excellent people skills, including communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience in full life cycle recruiting managing a high requisition load

  • Experience partnering with client groups and hiring leaders (Product & Engineering) understanding their goals, talent needs and objectives

  • Technical knowledge to be able to talk to job prospects and understand qualifications preferred
