Maintain and audit the HRIS database, perform data entry, generate and analyze high-volume reports for HR/payroll/management, prepare employee document packets, assist with new hire processes and departmental projects, and ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
Job Summary & Responsibilities
* Maintenance of HRIS database as assigned including, but not limited to, data entry, reporting, analysis, and audit
* Generate, analyze, and distribute high-volume, time-sensitive reports for HR, payroll, management, and organizational distribution.
* Regularly audit records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in HR operations
* Gather, organize, and prepare employee related document packets for retention
* Communicate necessary database information to all levels/departments of organization as assigned
* Consistently maintain the integrity and confidentiality of database information according to federal regulations and company policy
* Assist with New Hire process and weekly sign-on sessions
* Assist with special projects throughout the department as requested
* Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality
* Other duties as assigned

* Two years of experience in a project/reporting/administrative role
* HRIS or database maintenance experience required

* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
* Capacity to adapt quickly to system updates, process changes, and new technologies
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Effective communication; both written and oral
* Must be able to multi-task and manage a heavy workload with the capability to be detailed oriented
* Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy
