Role Summary
At Renew Home, we aren’t just building software; we are delivering gigawatts of capacity to transform the energy grid into a cleaner, more resilient ecosystem. To achieve this scale, our internal engines need to run as efficiently as the grid we’re building.
We are looking for a HubSpot Consultant for an initial 3-month engagement to serve as the primary technical executor of our CRM environment. You will be responsible for translating a pre-defined project roadmap into functional HubSpot configurations. This role is focused on high-velocity execution and tactical implementation rather than broad strategy. You will work directly under the guidance of our Senior Manager of Growth Operations, who will serve as your conduit to the business, allowing you to remain "heads down" on delivering technical results.
What You Will Do
Your mission is to execute, build, and maintain. Working from an established project plan and handling ad-hoc technical requests, you will be responsible for:
- Roadmap Execution: Efficiently checking off deliverables from a pre-mapped project plan. You will be the primary "builder" responsible for turning requirements into live HubSpot features.
- Technical Translation & Roadmap Population: Conduct a high-level system review to identify architectural improvements (e.g., further integration of deal and customer-levels). With the support of the commercial team, you will translate the customer journey into system improvements that drive the ongoing roadmap.
- Post-Sales Ops Support: Building out the post-close HubSpot reporting and processes required to effectively onboard and operate our products. This includes ensuring a seamless handoff from Sales to Post-Sales and providing visibility into downstream metrics.
- Ad-Hoc Technical Requests: Acting as a responsive resource for day-to-day HubSpot tasks, troubleshooting, and configuration tweaks as directed by your manager.
- Sales Enablement Implementation: Building automated nudges, workflows, and real-time dashboards that eliminate manual work for the sales team based on specific internal requirements.
- Data Integration & Maintenance: Executing the technical connection of external sources—specifically Jira and Notion—ensuring data flows correctly according to established mapping.
- Data Integrity: Maintaining clean, consistent, and actionable data across the CRM to ensure high-fidelity reporting for executive leadership.
Requirements
- Technical HubSpot Execution: A proven track record of building and configuring complex HubSpot environments (Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs).
- Post-Sales Expertise: Experience building post-close workflows and reporting suites specifically for Operations and Customer Success teams.
- Integration Proficiency: Experience connecting HubSpot with Jira and Notion (via native integrations, Zapier, or APIs).
- Reliable Output: You thrive in a "heads down" environment where you are given clear direction and expected to produce high-quality technical work quickly.
- Communication: You work well in a direct-report structure, providing regular status updates on task completion and technical hurdles.
- Reliability & Availability: You are comfortable working remotely, can commit to 10–20 hours per week, and are available during US business hours to collaborate with your manager.
Benefits
What You'll Get
- This is a contract position with a three month duration. The hourly rate for this role is $50-$75, capped at twenty hours a week.
