The Opportunity

Intellibright is deepening its HubSpot practice, for our clients and for ourselves.

As HubSpot RevOps Specialist, you own the technical and operational backbone of HubSpot across two fronts: implementing and optimizing the platform for clients who run their business on it, and building out our own internal sales infrastructure as we scale outbound.

This is a hands-on, build-it role. You are the person who turns "we want HubSpot to do X" into a working portal: clean data, functioning workflows, and reporting leadership actually trusts. Over time, this role also becomes a growth engine in its own right. As our HubSpot expertise matures, so does our standing as a partner, opening the door to a higher partner tier and a bigger book of HubSpot-specific client work.

About Intellibright

Intellibright is a performance-focused digital marketing agency built around accountability and close client partnerships. We believe that if something doesn't tie back to revenue, it doesn't matter.

Named one of the Financial Times' Fastest Growing Companies in the Americas six years running, Intellibright is a profitable, self-funded agency headquartered in Austin, Texas, with 17 years of growth behind us.

What You Will Own
  • Client HubSpot implementation, from portal configuration and data migration to workflow automation and go-live
  • Workflows, automations, sequences, and reporting dashboards tailored to each client's revenue operations
  • Client sales ops support in HubSpot, including pipeline configuration, deal stages, and forecasting views
  • Intellibright's own outbound infrastructure in HubSpot, including sequences, cadences, list management, and CRM hygiene
  • Troubleshooting and platform expertise that clients and strategists turn to directly
  • Growth of Intellibright's HubSpot practice, both in partner tier standing and in HubSpot-related client revenue
Ongoing Client CRM Administration
  • Day-to-day administration of HubSpot portals we've already built for existing clients, not just new implementations
  • Data hygiene, workflow upkeep, and user support as each client's needs and team evolve
  • First point of contact when a client's HubSpot instance breaks, drifts, or needs to be reconfigured
How You Work
  • You build things that hold up, not just things that ship
  • You take ownership of a system end to end rather than waiting for a spec
  • You think in workflows and data hygiene, not one-off fixes
  • You move comfortably between client-facing implementation work and internal build work
  • You bring HubSpot's roadmap back to the team instead of waiting to be asked
Why This Role Matters

HubSpot is quickly becoming central to how Intellibright runs its own business and how many of our clients run theirs. This role is the difference between HubSpot being a system clients merely have and a system that actually drives their revenue, and between an outbound motion we're hoping works and one built on real infrastructure.

Done well, this role compounds: stronger client implementations strengthen our partner standing, a stronger partner standing wins us more HubSpot work, and a sharper internal HubSpot instance makes every rep on our own sales team more effective.

RequirementsExperience
  • Hands-on HubSpot administration experience across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and/or Service Hub
  • Demonstrated experience with implementation: data migration, workflow and automation build, integrations, and portal configuration
  • Working knowledge of sales operations, including pipeline structure, deal stages, forecasting, and CRM hygiene
  • Comfortable supporting both external clients and an internal team at the same time
  • HubSpot certifications a strong plus
  • Agency or multi-client experience preferred
Working Conditions
  • Based in Austin, TX, with required in-office presence Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
  • Comfortable owning a build from scratch rather than executing someone else's spec
  • Collaborative by default; this role works closely with sales, strategists, and clients

  • Two weeks of work-from-anywhere annually, taken as six waived in-office days, without spending PTO

Premiums are fully covered, not partially subsidized, and the 401(k) match vests immediately with no waiting period. Worth pricing against your current package line by line when you compare offers.
