As we continue to grow across the Americas, we’re looking for a strategic yet hands-on HR Business Partner who enjoys working close to the business, solving complex people challenges, and helping leaders build high-performing teams.

Supporting our operations across Canada, the United States, and Mexico, you’ll be a trusted advisor to leaders while remaining actively involved in the day-to-day execution of HR. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and enjoys balancing strategy with execution.

 

  • Partner with business leaders across the Americas to align people strategies with business priorities and drive organizational performance.
  • Coach and support managers on leadership, performance management, employee engagement, and talent development.
  • Lead organizational design, workforce planning, restructures, and change management initiatives that support business transformation.
  • Act as the primary HR partner for employee relations matters, workplace investigations, performance issues, and conflict resolution.
  • Partner with leaders throughout the employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, development, promotions, and offboarding.
  • Drive annual talent reviews, succession planning, compensation planning, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
  • Connect business needs with the right HR expertise to deliver impactful people solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and HR best practices across Canada, the United States, and Mexico.
  • Analyze people data and trends to provide insights, identify opportunities, and support informed business decisions.

Qualifications

Qualification we’re looking for:

  • Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner supporting business leaders.
  • Proven experience supporting organizations across Canada, the United States, and Mexico.
  • Demonstrated success leading organizational transformation, restructures, organizational design, and change management initiatives.
  • Extensive hands-on experience managing complex employee relations, workplace investigations, performance management, and coaching managers.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to influence leaders and translate business needs into practical people solutions.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, matrixed, or global organization.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Professional fluency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
  • Ability to travel occasionally throughout North America.
