This role is central to how HR delivers on performance management, leadership development, compensation, and retention, ensuring the function meets the expectations of its internal customers. This role reports to the SVP of People at CORA.

What You'll Do

As a Human Resources Business Partner at CORA, you'll:

  • Serve as the primary HR partner and trusted advisor to leaders and employees within assigned client groups
  • Partner with leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, training, succession planning, and employee development
  • Provide coaching and guidance on employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation, and change management
  • Drive talent and performance processes, including talent reviews, organizational planning, annual engagement survey and leadership development initiatives
  • Support compensation planning, promotions, job evaluations, and other talent-related decisions
  • Use workforce data and insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, recommending solutions that support business objectives
  • Foster employee engagement and a positive workplace culture through strong relationships and consistent partnership with the business
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence, HR Operations, and business leaders to deliver integrated HR solutions
  • Drive, communicate, and implement HR initiatives across assigned client groups
  • Participate in the planning and implementation of communication strategies that deliver accurate, consistent, and timely information on business issues and employee concerns
  • Support the execution of multiple business plans and projects
  • Build, deploy, and maintain employee training programs within the Learning Management System
  • Assist in developing and/or reforming company policies; help implement these policies throughout the organization
  • Promote and support company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and company policies and procedures, across multiple facilities
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions, ensuring policies, procedures, and reporting remain compliant

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred in business, organizational development or related field.
  • Minimum of five years in variety of Human Resources roles is preferred.
  • Strong initiative, sound judgment, and independent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven ability to conduct research and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Working knowledge of employee relations practices and applicable state and federal employment law.
  • Strong sense of urgency; ability to prioritize competing demands and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive and resourceful; thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility across all levels of the organization; exercises sound judgment around confidentiality and discretion.
  • Strong multi-tasking capability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, tailored to audiences from frontline staff to senior leadership.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with HRIS platforms preferred.
  • Comfortable supporting multiple work sites/departments; flexible with work hours and travel.
