YOUR MISSION
  • The role is responsible for the day to day execution of all HR tasks related to the Area/Country including recruitment, on boarding, Talent development, employee relations, management of performance evaluation process and coordination of trainings.
  • Understand the team and create a visible & credible relationship with employees at all levels and feedback to management for any potential risk/improvement area. Provide guidance and partner with functional leaders to resolve disciplinary and staff issues. 
  • Partner with functional leader on their function manpower planning, talent management, succession planning and high-potential employees' development for both short-term and long-term organization growth
  • Ensure talent is sourced from appropriate channel at the right time to accommodate changing business needs whenever necessary
  • Managing Performance evaluation process, salary planning and promotion process.  And Partner with HR Service team on execution of all actions related to the above processes.
  • Partner with HR Service team to prepare budget and FC, partner with HR Service team to review country total compensation strategies (base pay & incentive program) against market competitiveness for talent attraction and retention
  • Partner with regional HR team of implementation of global and regional HR projects

YOUR TALENT
  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • 8-10 years’ HR experience as business partner or generalist
  • Solution-oriented, analytical thinking, flexible, strong in priority setting and multi-tasking
  • Great attention to details and accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly for Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of HRIS i.e. Workday is a plus
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
