HR Generalist

Job Profile: JP00048 - Associate Professional, Human Resources Generalists

(P1) Position Summary:

Support core HR functions including employee relations, recruitment & onboarding, compliance, training & development and benefits & well-being administration. Ensures compliance with policies and provide guidance to team members and supervisors. Oversee facility level programs to support employee engagement.

Duties / Responsibilities:

 Assist with policy interpretation, offer guidance to leaders and team members, and support ongoing compliance tracking

 Support employee relations investigations and documentation

 Deliver training and coach supervisors on performance management and corrective actions

 Interview, select and lead onboarding & orientation activities and processes

 Participate in the planning and execution of morale-building activities and recognition programs

 Support the coordination and facilitation of all facility engagement activities (workshops, surveys, etc)

 Ensure HRIS data integrity and support related transactions in Workday and complete compliance related forms and documents

 Support change management efforts and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree preferred

 1-3 years of HR experience

 Working knowledge of employment law and HR systems

 Strong communication and organizational skills

 Strong attention to detail and confidentiality

 Experience with HR Payroll/ Timekeeping systems

 Microsoft Word and Excel experience

 Trustworthy – capable of handling and maintaining highly confidential information

 Must be able to communicate effectively and constructively with all levels in the organization.
