CSAT Solutions is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director. This role is a key partner to leadership, responsible for ensuring compliance, supporting employee engagement, overseeing safety, and driving HR programs that align with business objectives. This position operates as a hands-on, individual contributor.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Partners with executive management to develop and implement HR programs that support overall company strategy and objectives
  • Oversee full suite of HR programs, including, benefits, staffing, compensation, employee relations, performance management and succession planning
  • Advises management personnel on organizational policy matters
  • Develops, recommends, and implements compensation and benefits policies and practices
  • Analyzes statistical data and reports to identify areas of opportunity and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's personnel policies and practices.
  • Act as a consultant to management on employee relations matters
  • Partner with operational management in workforce requirements and staffing planning
  • Assist organizational management in identifying key talent and developing successions plans
  • Manages relationship with on-site staffing provider
  • Monitors legislative changes and ensures organizational compliance of all HR programs with local, state, and federal legal requirements
  • Directly manages 6-8 team members

Skills, Education and Training

  • 7 years’ experience in progressive HR roles.; Minimum 3 years managing direct staff
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or other related field required; MBA preferred
  • PHR, SHRM-CO or similar certification preferred
  • Working knowledge of various areas of employment law
  • Ability to effectively communicate with associates at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and negotiate with others
  • Ability in analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
  • Evaluating information to determine compliance with company standards
  • MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint
