We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Generalist to manage a variety of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment: post jobs, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and assist with hiring decisions
• Conduct new hire orientation and ensure completion of onboarding paperwork
• Maintain employee records and HRIS systems
• Administer employee benefits and support open enrollment processes
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and labor laws
• Support employee relations efforts and help resolve workplace issues
• Assist with performance review processes and disciplinary actions
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
• Coordinate training sessions, employee engagement initiatives, and recognition programs

✅ Qualifications:
• Proven experience in an HR generalist or coordinator role (2+ years preferred)
• Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Professional certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
