About the Role:

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable Human Resources Specialist to join our energetic and supportive People & Culture team. In this role, you’ll provide essential administrative and people-operations support, helping us create a smooth and meaningful employee experience. You’ll work on everything from onboarding tasks and personnel updates to organizing digital files, supporting compliance efforts, building organizational charts, and assisting with data reporting and team communications.

Title: Human Resources Specialist

Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily People & Culture operations, including monitoring and responding to the HR mailbox, maintaining accurate employee records, filing, and performing data entry tasks.
  • Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and new hire orientation.
  • Help maintain compliance with I-9 documentation and employment verification requirements.
  • Organize and manage digital files within SharePoint and other systems to keep people data accurate and accessible.
  • Build and update organizational charts to support team planning and clarity across the organization.
  • Run standard reports, including headcount and turnover trends.
  • Assist with People & Culture projects, including onboarding experiences, engagement initiatives, and process improvements.
  • Contribute to team communications, including drafting content for newsletters and updates.
  • Protect confidential information and always uphold professional standards.
  • Jump in on new tasks and evolving needs as the team.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of an associate's degree—ideally in HR, Business Administration, or a related field—with approximately 1–3 years of Human Resources experience.
  • HR certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent credentials are preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new systems, processes, and tools.
  • Positive, collaborative approach to working with teammates and employees across the company.
  • Experience using UKG Pro or similar HRIS systems.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions.
