RequirementsHard skills
- B2B sales experience of any type: SDR, closer, or full-cycle
- Cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting
- Discovery calls, demos, negotiations, and/or closing deals
- CRM usage (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.)
- Pipeline management and deal tracking
- Competitive mindset — you care about winning
