Job title:  Hyland OnBase System Administrator
Location: Austin, TX
Duration: 2+ Months
Daily Responsibilities:
    Support and Maintain the in-house OnBase solution.
    Implement and architect updates and enhancements for the in-house OnBase solution.
    Create and maintain technical documentation for the in-house OnBase solution.
    Subject Matter Expert to create, install, and maintain OnBase software on mission critical systems.
    Monitor application and system health, performance, and capacity.
    Train less skilled peers as backup administrators.
    Participate in architecture and planning for suture projects.
    Collaborate and liaise with other teams and serve as a technical resource and subject matter expert.
    Serve in on-call rotation.
    Train and learn other applications as a backup resource.
Required Technical Skills:
    Firm understanding of application components and OnBase modules
    Complete knowledge of the installation and configuration of components
    Technical documentation authoring
Preferred Skills:
    Advanced understanding of OnBase modules, automation, application integration and monitoring
    Experience with Microsoft Hyper-V or VMWare
    Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
