- Support a global user base by delivering technical troubleshooting, monitoring, and issue resolution
- Work across authentication, access management, and identity lifecycle processes
- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish with users and stakeholders
- Provide L2 support for IBM Verify and IAM-related services
- Monitor systems and respond to alerts in a 24/7 operations environment
- Troubleshoot authentication, SSO, MFA, and identity lifecycle issues
- Resolve user access, provisioning, and federation-related incidents
- Perform incident management, ticket tracking, and root cause analysis
- Support onboarding, provisioning, and deprovisioning processes
- Maintain documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with engineering and escalation teams on complex issues
- Communicate effectively with English- and Spanish-speaking users and stakeholders
- Participate in rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- 2+ years supporting IBM Verify or similar IAM platforms (Okta, Azure AD, Ping)
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts (SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth)
- Experience in a production support or shift-based environment preferred
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
