What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the full production cycle by performing inbounding, job setup, and high-volume scanning to deliver high-quality digital outputs.

  • Collaborate with IT and internal teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and manage project workflows to ensure timely outcomes for our clients.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and Document Management System (DMS) guidelines to maintain data integrity and security.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in imaging production or a related document management field.

  • Strong knowledge of imaging technology, quality measurement techniques, and document staging processes.

  • Proven ability in managing project workflows, meeting SLAs, and professional communication with both coworkers and management.
