Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Imaging Specialist II to join our DMS Imaging Centers team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately preparing and scanning physical documents into digital formats, playing a vital part in our information conversion objectives. You will be part of a dedicated team focused on transforming hard copy records into high-quality electronic images.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Prepare hard copy records for scanning by accurately sorting, removing staples, and ensuring all documents are maintained in the correct order and sequence.

  • Operate scanning equipment to convert physical files into high-quality electronic images, ensuring all output meets strict quality standards.

  • Follow all production procedures, complete internal tracking documentation, and adhere to Imaging Center guidelines for a clean and secure work environment.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent.

  • The ability to remove staples, sort, file, and box records while maintaining accuracy, combined with basic familiarity with Personal Computers (PC).

  • A strong focus on detail and accuracy, with the proven ability to work independently at a sustained pace to meet production rates.

  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English, the flexibility to work overtime (OT) or weekends as needed, and the physical ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs frequently.

Reasonably expected salary range: $36,600.00 - $45,700.00

Please note that an employee's starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors. Where State, Municipal, Provincial, Territorial or other legal minimum wages exceed the federal minimum wage, employees are entitled to the higher rate.
