Monarch is seeking an Implementation Analyst who will work within an energetic professional services team for our client, a market-leading Software as a Service (SaaS) company and will be responsible for designing and configuring the software platform for our client’s customers in response to their specific business requirements. The role is a mix of client-facing consultative work and behind the scenes platform design, configuration, data analysis, and data manipulation.

Monarch, a new division of Core10, provides implementation and customer success services for leading financial service CRM and SaaS platforms. The company streamlines the software adoption process for SaaS businesses to onboard customers faster, keep customers longer and generate more revenue. Outside of implementing software solutions, Monarch specializes in building custom connectors between SaaS and CRM products and serves as a key consulting partner to Salesforce. Monarch’s Hereshore® alternative to offshoring keeps tech jobs in mid-sized North American communities.

Requirements

What You'll Do:

  • Analyze client legacy data sets to understand the impact of the data on system design
  • Drive and manage new client implementations from start to finish. This includes providing guidance, assistance, and support to customers from the initial requirements gathering to technical platform configuration and training
  • Manages client and internal stakeholder relationships adeptly throughout the entire implementation process
  • Earns trust by consistently delivering accurate, timely, and comprehensive responses to routine inquiries, both in written and verbal contexts
  • Work closely with SaaS engagements teams to facilitate consistent customer experiences and go-lives
  • Work with Microsoft Excel to map, collate, and normalize disparate data sets for import into the platform
  • Provide consultative system design and industry best practice recommendations throughout an implementation
  • Hold both client customers and internal team members accountable to project timelines and budgets
  • Work with multiple customer implementations concurrently
  • Analyze and understand client data as an important factor that influences a client's system design
  • Leverage and continually develop best practices for each data environment and client vertical to assist in future implementation efficiencies


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university
  • Organization, effective time management, and ability to multi-task
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
  • Comfort with Microsoft Excel, familiarity with basic Excel functions
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly evolving situations
  • Strong sense of personal responsibility and ownership over your work
  • Willingness and love of learning new technology, new processes and procedures, and new business models


Bonus Points:

  • Banking, Fintech, or Financial Services experience
  • Advanced Excel skills (v-lookup, x-lookup, Pivot tables)
  • Experience with CRM tools
  • Experience in project management

The salary for this role is $50,000 - $54,000 per year.
