Conduit

At Conduit, we're building the crypto-native cloud platform that will scale Ethereum.

Crypto builders have been held back by a lack of onchain compute — without the ability to process a high volume of transactions quickly and cheaply, onchain apps and ecosystems can’t build high quality user experiences.

Rollups have emerged as the answer to this problem. Just as servers work together to scale compute in web2, so too can rollups scale onchain compute in web3. But building and operating your own rollup is difficult and time-consuming. That's where Conduit comes in.

As the rollup-native cloud platform, Conduit combines web2 engineering best-practices with web3 rollup technology to make it easy for anyone to launch and maintain their own chain. By making infrastructure simple and onchain compute abundant, similar to how AWS and GCP did for web2, we can unlock the next wave of innovation in the crypto ecosystem.

The Conduit platform has seen massive growth since going live in 2023. We run the largest chains in production, including Proof of Play, Zora, Aevo, and more. This translates to 200+ chains across mainnet and testnet and over $1B in total-value-locked (TVL). We're operating on the bleeding edge of crypto, co-evolving with our customers and integration partners, and pushing the limits of blockchain scalability and modularity.

This success has been recognized and accelerated through a $37M Series A, co-led by Paradigm and Haun Ventures — two of the best investors in the industry.

We’re an elite team that’s previously worked at Meta, Brex, Wish, Compound, Chainalysis, Immunefi, Amazon, Avara/Aave, Paradigm, and more. We’re headquartered in San Francisco, with team members all over the world.

We’re looking for ambitious, talented builders that want to help scale Ethereum and bring crypto compute to the masses. Join us!

About the Role

As a Solutions Engineer, you’ll be the first technical partner for teams exploring and launching blockchains with Conduit.

From pre-sales technical discovery through go-live, you’ll own the technical relationship end to end — helping prospects understand why Conduit is the right infrastructure choice and guiding them to successful production deployments tailored to their use case.

You’ll operate at the intersection of sales, product, and engineering, taking ownership of technical validation, solution design, and delivery while surfacing insights that improve our platform and onboarding experience over time.

This role is ideal for someone empathetic, technically curious, and highly organized — someone who thrives on ownership, can manage multiple complex engagements, and builds trusted relationships with some of the most innovative teams in the crypto ecosystem.

In this role, you will:
  • Own the full technical lifecycle for customers — from pre-sales technical validation and solution design through onboarding, launch, and delivery.

  • Act as the technical sparring partner for the GTM team during sales conversations, validating feasibility, shaping architectures, and owning technical recommendations that help close with confidence.

  • Lead technical discovery and decision-making, translating complex infrastructure and protocol concepts into clear, actionable guidance for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Write scripts and code snippets to adjust configurations, debug integrations, and help customers tailor their blockchains to production requirements.

  • Drive customer engagements forward with strong project ownership, making sound technical tradeoffs while ensuring timelines, dependencies, and deliverables are clear and met.

  • Partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to unblock issues, align on solutions, and ensure launches meet a high technical bar.

  • Identify recurring friction points across sales, onboarding, and delivery, feeding insights back into product, documentation, and process improvements.

  • Own and evolve onboarding playbooks, documentation, and tooling to make each launch smoother and more scalable than the last.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:
  • Have experience in Sales Engineering, Implementation engineering, or Developer Success in a B2B or infrastructure environment.

  • Have acted as a subject-matter expert for a product in the web3 stack (e.g., rollup frameworks, L1 protocols/stacks, or infrastructure tooling).

  • Are comfortable leading high-stakes technical conversations with customers, including early-stage discovery and pre-sales validation.

  • Are comfortable writing code (e.g., TypeScript, Python, or Go) to automate tasks, configure infrastructure, or troubleshoot alongside customers.

  • Can manage multiple customer projects simultaneously, making clear tradeoffs without losing attention to detail.

  • Enjoy solving real-world problems with customers and take pride in being a trusted technical partner.

  • Thrive in fast-moving, early-stage environments where autonomy, ownership, and adaptability are essential.

  • Balance systems thinking with execution — you see the big picture, make sound technical decisions, and still dive deep to keep projects on track.

Austin’s tech scene spans many verticals, but it’s particularly known for hardware, including semiconductors, as well as AI, biotechnology and cloud computing. And its food and music scene, low taxes and favorable climate has made the city a destination for tech workers from across the country.

Key Facts About Austin Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 180,500; 13.7% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Dell, IBM, AMD, Apple, Alphabet
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, hardware, cloud computing, software, healthtech
  • Funding Landscape: $4.5 billion in VC funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Live Oak Ventures, Austin Ventures, Hinge Capital, Gigafund, KdT Ventures, Next Coast Ventures, Silverton Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Texas, Southwestern University, Texas State University, Center for Complex Quantum Systems, Oden Institute for Computational Engineering and Sciences, Texas Advanced Computing Center
