Lead technical discovery and decision-making, translating complex infrastructure and protocol concepts into clear, actionable guidance for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Write scripts and code snippets to adjust configurations, debug integrations, and help customers tailor their blockchains to production requirements.
Drive customer engagements forward with strong project ownership, making sound technical tradeoffs while ensuring timelines, dependencies, and deliverables are clear and met.
Partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to unblock issues, align on solutions, and ensure launches meet a high technical bar.
Identify recurring friction points across sales, onboarding, and delivery, feeding insights back into product, documentation, and process improvements.
Own and evolve onboarding playbooks, documentation, and tooling to make each launch smoother and more scalable than the last.
Have experience in Sales Engineering, Implementation engineering, or Developer Success in a B2B or infrastructure environment.
Have acted as a subject-matter expert for a product in the web3 stack (e.g., rollup frameworks, L1 protocols/stacks, or infrastructure tooling).
Are comfortable leading high-stakes technical conversations with customers, including early-stage discovery and pre-sales validation.
Are comfortable writing code (e.g., TypeScript, Python, or Go) to automate tasks, configure infrastructure, or troubleshoot alongside customers.
Can manage multiple customer projects simultaneously, making clear tradeoffs without losing attention to detail.
Enjoy solving real-world problems with customers and take pride in being a trusted technical partner.
Thrive in fast-moving, early-stage environments where autonomy, ownership, and adaptability are essential.
