Manage end-to-end implementation of AI-driven FinTech solutions: develop project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, deliver technical demos and training, support post-sales adoption, gather feedback for product improvements, and collaborate with Customer Success on upsell and support materials.
Worth AI is seeking a dedicated and tech-savvy Implementation Engineer / Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this dual role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the successful deployment of our innovative AI technology within the FinTech sector while also supporting the post-sales process.
In this position, you will manage the implementation process and coordinate cross-functional teams to effectively meet our clients' needs. Working closely with sales, customer success, and technical teams, you will develop tailored project plans, assist in showcasing our solutions, and ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation.
Responsibilities- Lead the implementation process for newly acquired clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide technical insights during the post sales phase.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables to meet client expectations.
- Create and deliver technical product demonstrations tailored to specific business needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address technical questions and provide necessary support throughout the implementation process.
- Conduct customer training sessions and develop support materials to facilitate the adoption of our solutions.
- Gather customer feedback post-implementation and relay it to the product development team for ongoing enhancements.
- Stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements in FinTech and AI to inform project strategies.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers to identify upsell opportunities, pinpoint training gaps, and create materials for client support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in implementation, preferably in software or startup environments.
- Basic understanding of AI technologies and their applications in the FinTech industry.
- Technical skills in SQL, Node.js, and React are vital
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-solving aptitude and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
