We work with healthcare providers, life sciences organizations, and research institutions to transform clinical insights into action. As we scale, we are investing in strong operational infrastructure to enable consistent, predictable growth across the commercial organization.

About The Role

The PatientIQ Implementation Lead is a high-impact role responsible for delivering successful enterprise-level customer implementations. As a strategic partner to our clients, you will bridge the gap between Sales and long-term Customer Success, ensuring customers realize maximum value from the PatientIQ platform, network, and services. You will lead complex implementations that integrate PatientIQ into clinical workflows, drive patient enrollment, and accelerate time-to-value. Beyond project delivery, you will mentor implementation team members and contribute to improving internal processes, playbooks, and implementation strategy.

What You'll Do
  • Own the customer journey from the final stages of the sales cycle through a seamless transition to Customer Success. You are the architect of the implementation roadmap, ensuring a high-velocity path to patient enrollment.
  • Lead multiple concurrent, high-complexity implementations, balancing competing priorities while maintaining high quality and on-time delivery.
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks or implementation hurdles that could delay time-to-value.
  • Lead communication to executive and operational stakeholders, ensuring implementation progress, risks, and impact is communicated clearly internally and at all levels of the customer organization.
  • Assist Manager of Platform Implementations with process and training documentation and streamlining the Implementation process.
  • Maintain a source of truth in the CRM and Project Plans, providing detailed visibility into project health for the executive leadership team.

RequirementsWhat You Bring
  • 5+ years of experience leading SaaS implementation projects using a standard project management methodology within a growth-stage Healthtech environment.
  • Exceptional executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong project management expertise, including risk mitigation, dependency management, and driving accountability across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels, owning execution details while shaping long-term account success and growth opportunities.
  • Proven track record of identifying process gaps and driving scalable improvements to implementation methodologies, tools, and playbooks.
  • Collaborative mindset to effectively work across internal teams across PatientIQ.
  • Ability to travel at least 25% annually.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Nice To Haves

  • Background in value-based care, clinical research, or patient engagement platforms.
  • Familiarity with EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth) and healthcare data integration standards (HL7, FHIR).
  • Experience leveraging AI to automate or streamline individual and team workflows to drive internal and customer-facing efficiencies.

BenefitsWhy Work Here?
  • Great Benefits - top-notch health, dental, and vision insurance. Additional perks available, including 401K.
  • We are Mission Driven - our team is motivated to solve complex problems, drive medicine forward, and ultimately improve patient outcomes.
  • True Idea Meritocracy - great ideas win out. We encourage all team members to challenge the status quo because our mission demands this.
  • Flexible Time Off - we trust you to take the time you need when you feel it is appropriate, given your workload and responsibilities. No need to track it or save up.
  • World-Class Team - we’re at the top of our industry because of our employees. They’re the best investment we can make, and we never forget that.
  • Fast Growing - we are building the largest platform for healthcare providers, industry partners, researchers, and others to collaborate on the mission to improve patient outcomes.
