The Implementation Manager, Enterprise Projects Office is responsible for leading end-to-end enterprise implementations and company-wide initiatives, serving as the central internal point of contact for cross-functional requirements gathering, stakeholder alignment, vendor coordination, and project delivery.
The position reports to the Senior Director, Enterprise Projects Office and is part of the Enterprise Projects Office, remote within the United States. Occasional travel within the United States is required.
In this role, the Essential Functions are to:
- Serve as the primary internal point of contact and project coordinator for enterprise system implementations, managing communication and alignment between business units, internal teams, and external vendors throughout the full project lifecycle
- Lead comprehensive requirements gathering across multiple departments and stakeholder groups to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria, ensuring no organizational need is missed
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and schedules
- Track progress against deliverables and project objectives and report status to leadership
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies, escalating concerns as appropriate, and driving resolution to keep implementations on track
- Ensure organizational readiness, user adoption, and successful transition to new systems and processes

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field, OR nine years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Five to seven years of experience leading cross-company projects with broad organizational scope and impact
- Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end enterprise system implementations or technology migrations in coordination with third-party vendors and internal teams
- Strong expertise in change management methodologies and the ability to drive organizational adoption of new systems and processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex, multi-stakeholder requirements and present clearly to all organizational levels
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
- Experience with Workday implementation or other major ERP or enterprise system implementations
Travel, Physical and/or Government Mandated Requirements:
Occasional travel, including the possibility of overnights, within the United States
To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
The good faith base salary range for this role is $100,000–$125,000 at the time of this posting. Where you fall within the range depends on your experience, skills, and location. This range reflects base salary only and does not include benefits or bonus/incentive. This range may be adjusted in the future.
This position is bonus plan eligible.
