The Implementation Project Manager will act as primary point of contact for clients during the implementation process, working closely with our internal operational teams as well as partners across the globe to deliver scalable, high-impact client onboarding and solution deployment. The Implementation Project Manager is a driver of operational excellence, leveraging data-driven insights and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and project outcomes. Your goal will be to deliver high-quality implementation projects within agreed timelines, while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary point of contact during the implementation process for new and existing clients, building a strong relationship with client stakeholders.
• Create and maintain project plans tailored to the client’s needs. Monitor and manage project progress, ensuring that project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations and company quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal Operational teams as well as external partners to support timely and smooth onboarding.
• Ensure setup and adoption of all Safeguard Global technologies and applications.  Provide platform training sessions to ensure clients have a solid understanding of features and functionalities for our applications.
• Work closely with Customer Success to share client knowledge and ensure a smooth transition into go-live.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success stakeholders to identify and implement process improvement or corrective action where needed.

Skills Requirement:

• Proven 2-4 years experience as an Implementation or Project Manager, preferably in a client-focused role
• Global corporate tax, accounting, or HR experience a plus
• Strong project management skills and familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
• Customer success mindset with a bias for proactive engagement and continuous improvement
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
